Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will my cat's box be dispatched?

Upon purchasing a single box or a subscription to The Meowing Box, you will be notified of dispatch as per Standard Delivery terms. 

If you chose subscription, we aim to deliver the subscribed Meowing boxes as early in the month as possible. You will always be notified of your delivery being scheduled, in advance.

  • When will I be charged for my order?

We take payment for all subscriptions at the beginning of each month. Such a payment will relate to your next dispatched Meowing Box.
 

  • Change of address or other contact details

Update your address in your account section before the end of the month for next month’s Meowing Box.
