SHIPPING & RETUNRS

We regret to inform you that we do not ship outside of Cyprus at the moment but it is in our near-future plans. Stay tuned to get updated.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We aim for our delivery service to be as speedy as possible, while remaining reliable, to get you the items you love to your door swiftly and safely. 

Deliveries are carried out by ourselves or by one of our courier partners.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery charge is €5. FREE with purchases over €20. 

Standard delivery is between 2 and 5 working days*, day 1 counting from the first working day after the day of placing the order.

Having said that, we aim to deliver as early as possible, especially to non-remote areas with easier access, usually between 2 and 3 working days.

Our delivery schedule is frequently announced in our stories on Social Media, so that our beloved customers can stay up-to-date with areas served on specific days, public holidays' delivery schedule (if available) and so on.

*Note: in cases the delivery address is in a remote area, as these are defined by our own delivery service or according to our courier partners' lists, you should allow another 2-3 working days for a delivery to be completed. ​

Express Next Working Day Delivery

Express Next Working Day Delivery is available only in Limassol town and outskirts at €10 for orders placed by 12:00.

For orders placed between 12:01 and 24:00, Expedited Delivery is completed on the second working day.

​RETURNS POLICY

Our returns Policy aims at allowing you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Please ensure that you have read our Returns Policy in full before placing an order.

Please note that we are unable to offer a refund in the following cases:

  • On personalized goods (such as pet ID tags) 

  • Pet food or other edibles (also applies to pet food and other edibles that fall under the incorrect goods delivered) which has been opened does not fall under our refunds' policy.

  • Any returns concerning anything edible must be communicated to us in writing within 2 working days of receiving the delivery. No returns are allowed for edibles out of this time frame.

  • We regret to inform you that we generally do not accept returns of any products that are intimate and/or sanitary goods as well as supplements/ vitamins.

Returning Unwanted Goods

You can request to return any unwanted goods up to 14 days from the purchase date as long as such goods do not fall into any of the categories mentioned in the above paragraph. 

All returned goods must be in their original and unused condition. Open or damaged packages of goods will not be accepted for a return.

Methods of return

Returns of non-incorrect/faulty/ damaged goods are made at your own cost.

These are the ways to make a return:

1. Make your own courier arrangements

2. Inform us to arrange the collection of your returned goods via our own service or one of our courier partners. Return courier charge is €5.

 

Inspection

Once any returns are received back and have been inspected by us, we will issue you with a refund equal to the value of the returned goods (as it appears on your invoice at the time of purchase) less any return courier charge if you opt for (2) above.

We are unable to refund the original shipping cost.

 

Incorrect / faulty / damaged goods

Please report any incorrect/ faulty/ damaged goods to our customer services' team, in writing (email: support@noahandfriends.shop), within 2 workings days of receiving your order.

We may request evidence of any damaged goods (such as photographs).

We shall review your claim within 3 working days from the date of receipt of your claim. 

Upon reviewing your claim and assuming accepting it, we will immediately arrange for the incorrect/ faulty/ damaged goods to be collected from you and for a replacement order to be dispatched to you. In case any goods are no longer in stock, they will be refunded to your original purchase method. 

No additional courier fees for the return or replacement of incorrect / faulty / damaged goods will arise. 

Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your legal rights.
